IMPORTANT COVID-19 GUIDELINES

At Dehncke Insurance Services, it is our priority to keep you healthy and prevent the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) through our precautionary measures as stated below. We will continue to monitor the situation as well as comply with any government regulations as they may occur.

For over 25 years, we have been helping people with Medicare and Individual health plans as well as other insurance plans. Over the past few months, we have further strengthened our ability to advise through phone conversation, computer programs (Zoom), and email. We will continue to provide solutions to your health insurance needs through those remote options moving forward. vAlso, effective immediately, for those who prefer in-person meetings we are open and ready to schedule appointments. However please note: If you are exhibiting any symptoms of COVID-19 on the day of your appointment, please call or email to reschedule.

Please know that for these in-person meetings we have implemented various workplace protocols designed to preserve the health and safety of our clients and ourselves.

  • Masks will be available if needed, but not required
  • Hand sanitizer will be available
  • There will be only one appointment at any given time within the office. Please arrive at your scheduled time only. If you are early, please remain in your car until your scheduled time. We are scheduling clients to minimize the interaction between people and to allow time for cleaning
  • Areas will be cleaned and disinfected between appointment times
